We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UGC (User-Generated Content) Video Creator to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging video content that reflects our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience. You should be passionate about storytelling, experienced with social media platforms, and capable of producing high-quality, authentic content that drives brand awareness and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create original, engaging video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Develop content ideas and scripts that align with the brand’s messaging and audience interests
- Shoot, edit, and produce videos in a timely manner while maintaining a consistent visual style
- Research trending topics and formats to incorporate popular styles and approaches into the content
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and branding goals
- Engage with followers and respond to comments to foster a community and encourage UGC participation
- Track and analyze the performance of UGC content to identify areas of improvement and adapt strategies as needed
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance content quality

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in video creation, social media content production, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and the types of content that perform well on each (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Excellent storytelling skills and a creative eye for engaging visuals
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
- Strong understanding of target audience preferences and trends within the platform communities
- Experience with camera equipment and lighting setup is a plus

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
