We are looking for a creative Content Creator / Copywriter to produce engaging and high-quality content for our LOOH Hostels and Leyneek Electronics brands. The candidate will be responsible for creating videos, graphics, captions, blogs, and social media reels that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create social media posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Write engaging copy for captions, ads, blogs, newsletters, and promotional material.
  • Produce short-form videos and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan content calendar.
  • Research trending topics in hostel travel, electronics, and lifestyle for relevant content ideas.
  • Optimize content for engagement, SEO, and conversions.
  • Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator / Copywriter (freelancer or in-house).
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability.

KPIs / Targets:

  • Minimum 10–15 posts / reels per week across platforms.
  • Engagement rate ≥ 5–10% per post/reel.
  • Timely delivery of all content as per calendar.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,861.63 per month
