**Position**: Site Supervisor
**Location**: Pune

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Observation**:
Monitor and oversee all site activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
- **Problem-Solving**:
Identify and resolve daily issues and bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations.
- **Labor Management**:
Supervise and manage the labor team to ensure optimal productivity and discipline.
- **Measurement Approvals**:
Take accurate measurements on-site and get them approved by the relevant authorities.
- **Reporting**:
Provide daily updates and reports on activities, progress, and concerns to the manager.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain and organize all site-related documents, data, and sheets systematically for easy reference.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: Diploma in Engineering (any discipline).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in construction site supervision is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of site measurements and documentation.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to work in outdoor environments and stand for extended periods.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Monthly Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000
