**Job Summary**:
**Domestic and International Ticketing**

Ticketing
- Proficiently use Galileo software to book, issue, and manage airline tickets for customers.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline and industry regulations.
- Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents and visas are properly processed.

**Requirements**:
2. 4 to 5 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, with a strong focus on Galileo ticketing.

3. Excellent knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and industry regulations.

8. Proficiency in computer systems and travel booking software, including Galileo.

9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

10. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
