Gashwa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. Your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and branding will drive the success of our marketing campaigns and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads.

3. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors, and use the insights to refine marketing strategies.

4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a compelling user experience.

5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

7. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for successful campaign execution.

8. Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and optimize website performance for better user experience and lead generation.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

10. Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations in all digital marketing activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, demonstrating successful planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.

6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

7. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing approaches.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

9. Knowledge of current industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

10. High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
