We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic **Field Sales Executive** to drive sales of our **Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)** products. If you're proactive, results-driven, and excel at building client relationships, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and contributing to the growth of our market presence in the DEF industry.

Maintain effective communication with new and existing clients; conduct product presentations to showcase DEF products.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide timely and accurate information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns throughout the sales cycle.

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals; provide accurate information and address client concerns.
**Achieve Targets**:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; implement strategies to drive growth.
**Relationship Building**:
Develop strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; provide market feedback to enhance strategies.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns; ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction with internal teams.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the **industrial or chemical products sector.**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
