Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations, deliver sales pitches, and address client queries to secure deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
- **Market Research**: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales quotas set by the company, consistently driving revenue growth.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in field sales, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
