**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ability to handle Full Life Cycle of Sales Recruitment.
- Ability to handle consultants, vendors and Prime Vendors.
- Sourcing, identifying the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time.
- Marketing of bench consultants by posting their resumes on job boards and through personal network, third party vendors list.
- Responsible for full cycle of end-to-end recruitment
- Work Independently and with the Team on requirements assigned.
- Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Ability to manage a team.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Complete knowledge of US Staffing process, legal work authorization, etc.
- High energy, positive, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Go-getter who is results-oriented and can remain focused on closing positions within an aggressive turn-around time.
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
- Well versed with US Job portals and social media recruiting
- Require superb ability to speak in English verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Working experience with direct client

Ability and set up (laptop, smart phone, and high-speed internet connection) to work-from-home.
- **Willing to work US hours.(CST)**

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
