Rawls Salon is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients relax, rejuvenate, and improve their overall well-being through the power of massage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and prenatal massages, based on client preferences and needs.
- Assess client's health history and specific concerns to customize massage treatments and ensure a safe and effective experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene massage therapy room environment to enhance relaxation and comfort for clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide recommendations for at-home self-care practices to prolong the benefits of treatments.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients.
- Continuously enhance massage therapy skills and knowledge through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist from an accredited program.
- Proven experience in performing various massage techniques with proficiency and skill.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen to and address client concerns and preferences.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
