With over 25 spas either operational or in development, Heaven Holistic Spa is committed to implementing effective spa and salon management strategies, fostering long-term client relationships in a competitive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored therapy treatments to guests.
- Assess guests' needs and identify any contraindications before starting services.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques and modalities in the field.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
- Prepare workstations and treatment rooms, including arranging drapes and maintaining a tidy space.
- Regularly check in with guests to ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
- Upsell spa services, explaining the benefits of various treatments.
- Promote and sell spa services and related retail products.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain tools, equipment, and treatment areas throughout the shift.
- Dispose of trash, handle linens, and secure supplies at the end of the shift.
- Adhere to time schedules to ensure smooth service flow throughout the day.
- Handle inappropriate guest behavior professionally, following company protocols and escalating as needed.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety certifications.
- Follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and wear the correct uniform.
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Knowledge of beauty and nail services is essential.
