**Job Title**: IT Recruiter

**Experience**: 1-2 years in core IT recruitment

**Education**: MBA (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic rounds and schedule interviews.
- Generate regular reports and maintain recruitment MIS.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Must be permanently based in Bhopal (hometown and currently residing).
- MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
- Must have received any recognition or performance certificate from the current/previous employer.
- Any certification in recruitment or IT recruitment is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, analytical ability and a high IQ level are essential.
- Willingness to work in a target-based role with clear performance metrics.

**Compensation**:

- CTC: Based on industry standards.
- Note: 40% of the total CTC will be performance-based variable pay, linked to recruitment targets.
