Job Description:
As the Automobile Retail Showroom Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. You will play a crucial role in managing the sales team, maintaining inventory, and implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and positive buying experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels and ensure the availability of a diverse range of vehicles to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
