Job Summary: The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring stock availability, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the smooth functioning of all store-related activities. The role demands attention to detail, strong coordination with the kitchen and service teams, and accountability for maintaining quality and cost control.

Key Responsibilities: Area Responsibilitie sInventory Management
• Maintain accurate daily stock records for food, beverages, and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as required.
• Conduct regular stock audits to prevent pilferage or wastage.
• Track expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) system is followed.Procurement & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Verify quality and quantity of received items.
• Negotiate rates and ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain purchase records and vendor contact lists.Store Operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in storage areas.
• Label and categorize all items systematically.
• Supervise store helpers or assistants if any.
• Maintain temperature control for perishable goods.Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen, accounts, and management teams for material requirements.
• Report discrepancies or shortages immediately.Cost Control
• Minimize wastage and leakage.
• Ensure proper issue of materials based on indents.
• Support management in achieving cost-saving targets.

  • Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in store or inventory management (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail).
  • Strong knowledge of stock control systems.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, POS or inventory software).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently.
  • Working Hours:Full-time; 6 days a week (as per business requirements).
