**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Keep track of all the TOs and SOs that needs action.
- Generate work orders based on TOs and SOs for Molding development.
- Calculation of material required with solution developer for manufacturing of samples to be included in work order.
- Preparation of nesting plan and RM requirement along with Solution developer team.
- Tracking of sample manufacturing by Malwa plant after RPO creation in NAV and physically before RPO creation.
- Provide details of cutting and drilling to Malwa plant for base Shape preparation.
- Checking the layout provided by Solution developer with the picking list in NAV.
- Assembling of all material to prepare the final product and reporting the issues faced to solution developer and CAD/CAM team for rectification.
- Labelling of the finished products and supporting sales and QC team in verification of final product assembled.
- Responsible for WIS preparation for finishing assembly at the time of Bulk production.
- Responsible for improving the turnaround time from Work order generation to Sample verification.
- Responsible for tracking of received armor and balance available at Rooma plant.
- Consumption plan to be shared with armor head.
- Responsible for training and manufacturing audit at the time of mass production.

**Qualification**

ITI or Diploma in mechanical/Operations.

**Other desired qualifications**

Prior experience in production will be preferred

**Relevant experience**

2 -3 years of relevant experience.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Basic skills of Excel.
- Basic skill in RCA and CAPA.
- Communication & inter-personal skills.
- Able to simultaneously manage production of multiple products.

Able to convert the initial production cycle into WIS and documents which will be used in mass production.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
