Baker Hughes has a new opportunity for Account Receivable to join the team in Mumbai, India.

**Partner with the best**

In this role, you will take ownership of the coordination, preparation and delivery of accurate inter-company accounts. You will be providing support to internal teams to identify and improve processes. You'll have the opportunity to gain a complex overview of Inter-company processes within a global company.

As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Facilitating order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems.
- Supporting forecasting, billing and collection activities
- Being a key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.
- Working with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
- Handling targeted clients, working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor's from an accredited university or college with commerce / accounting discipline
- Have 3+ years of experience in Account Receivable / Finance and Customer Billing Management
- Show proficiency in SAP Accounting, GL accounting, revenue recognition, customer billing, and MS Excel
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work independently
- Possess problem solving, good oral and written communication skills
