**About The/Nudge**:

- The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
- Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives-
- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty-
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges**About The/Nudge Forum**:
The/Nudge Forum is a platform to accelerate problem solving by bringing stakeholders together for collective thought and action for large scale social change. Given that development is a shared agenda and the stakeholder gaps among government, markets and society are the largest, the Forum attempts to create a strong foundational layer to support India’s development journey.

**At The/Nudge Forum you will**:
As Engagement; Convening you will be an early team member of The/Nudge Forum and will work closely with the Program Lead and other Forum team members to ensure the successful planning and execution of convening and events hosted by and/or participated in The/Nudge Forum. You will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for the speakers, participants and community members engaging with The/Nudge Forum and The/Nudge Institute.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Program Lead and operations team to coordinate and implement activities based on program objectives, goals and success metrics.
- Proactively research and gather information from relevant sources on sector-leading trends and best practices for planned events - topics, speakers, etc.
- Work closely with speakers and their associates/teams on engagement/event-specific needs, coordinate and support on their engagements/events. Ensure that participants have required briefs, context and resources to adequately prepare.
- Coordinate with operations/event managers and participants for required infrastructure - AV needs, accommodation, travel & transportation, etc.
- Manage and coordinate with The/Nudge PR/marketing teams for media interactions with participants/speakers before, during and after events as required..

- Excellent interpersonal skills and great written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and be an integral part of a team
- 3-4 years of overall work experience; with relevant experience in any of the specific skill sets required
- A successful track record in taking ownership of tasks end-to-end
- Passion for relationship management and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the program
- Comfort with some degree of ambiguity in the absence of perfect information

- Are proactive, self-starter, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Have an inclination towards creative problem-solving and possess the skills to generate real-time solutions to ensure work moves forward
- Able to adapt plans on-the-fly in response to changing circumstances, while maintaining composure and focus on the goals of the program
