**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients to site inspections
- Provide clients with accurate information on the legal guidelines, pricing, and market conditions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Negotiate property deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, real estate market trends, and financing options
- Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and closing documents
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, and finance teams as needed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
