CRM Executive

Salary - Upto 30k.
Location -Bangalore.
The CRM oversees the company’s CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop campaigns that improve the customer journey and experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Manage and optimize the CRM system for effective lead nurturing and sales support.
- Analyze customer data to improve campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with broader company goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Report CRM performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
