Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking dictation and preparing MoUs, circulars, agreements, and minutes
- Handling all secretarial tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing
- Coordinating with vendors/technicians (IT, electrician, plumber, etc.) for maintenance
- Maintaining office premises and ensuring all equipment is in working condition
- Managing stock of stationery, letterheads, business cards, and cartridges
- Updating member/vendor databases and supporting website admin
- Making and attending phone calls; good telephonic communication is essential
- Attending events organized in Mumbai as required
- Supporting tele-marketing and related follow-up calls when necessary
- **Education**: Graduate (MS-CIT preferred)
- **Experience**: 1+ Year in admin/secretarial roles
- **Skills Required**:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet
- Strong written and spoken English
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Experience with Express and DTP (preferred)
- (**Desktop Publishing**): This refers to experience with designing and formatting documents, such as brochures, newsletters, or reports using software like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, or MS Publisher.
- Result-oriented and well-organized
- Experience in tele-marketing or website admin is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
