Job Description of Risk Officer We are looking for a Risk Officers to oversee Risk Control activities for pre and post sourcing for all products on Field for location. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Timely risk assessment process through risk management team or in-person.
- Prepare documentation related to risk assessment.
- Take a thorough look at all aspects of Risk.
- Documenting risk analysis reports to various stakeholders such as Core committee, other departments, and employees.
- Evaluating the operational risks that might occur due to system failure or human error, Intentional and unintentional risk, which in turn leads to the disruption of business processes.
- Adhere risk related plans and formulate strategies to minimize and mitigate risks.
- Completion of assigned task by management in timelines.
- Any other task assigned by the management. Requirements and Key skills:

- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding about NBFC working would be preferred.
- Intellectual and good analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong networking.
- Eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.
