You will be joining a team at Pinkerton, an industry leader with over 170 years of experience and a global impact. As a Risk Advisor for one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality insights related to facility physical security risk assessments. This role is crucial within the Risk Advisory team as you will be contributing to the execution and delivery of security programs tailored to each client. - Managing the facility physical security risk assessment processes. - Creating and overseeing security assessment evaluation criteria. - Developing training programs for risk advisors and consultants. - Ensuring adherence to Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all aspects of your work. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in homeland security, security management, emergency management, or a related field. - Have one to three years of relevant experience. - Possess certifications such as PSP, CPP, CSMP, and/or CEM (advantageous). - Demonstrate the ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly across various levels and cultures. You will also be expected to: - Define and manage a data-driven digital platform for data collection, recruitment, and qualification of risk assessment consultants. - Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. - Have proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet. - Be adaptable to working in various conditions, including regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of objects, and frequent sitting, standing, and walking. - Be prepared for occasional after-hours work and travel as required.
