**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Efficiently manage cash and bank transactions with utmost accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including tax payments, and preparation and filing of Income Tax, TDS, 15G, GST, PF, ESIC, returns, and other statutory reports in collaboration with tax consultants.
- Knowledge of ROC compliance and filing will be an added benefit.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, meeting management requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to accounting principles and regulatory guidelines while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
