Job Description: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist gynecologists and other healthcare professionals in patient care and treatment.
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
- Provide pre
- and post-operative care to patients undergoing gynecological procedures.
- Support in conducting antenatal and postnatal check-ups.
- Educate patients about health, hygiene, and medical conditions related to gynecology.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sterile environment in the clinic or hospital.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies.

**Requirements**:

- GNM certification is mandatory.
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a gynecologist's clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of gynecological procedures and patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
