- **Job Title**: Staff Nurse (GNM)
- **Location**: Wanadongri, Nagpur

v **Job Summary**:
v **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per physician instructions and hospital protocols
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update charts accurately
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas
- Prepare patients for surgeries and post-operative care
- Support patients and families with health education and emotional care
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines strictly
- Report changes in patient conditions promptly to the medical team
- Document all care provided and maintain patient records confidentially

v **Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or Graduate in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)** from a recognized nursing school or institution
- Must be registered with the State Nursing Council

v **Experience**:

- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting will be an added advantage

v **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical and observational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining electronic medical records (EMR)
