Job Title: Experienced Gastropub Captain

Location: The Craftbar, Bnadra East, Mumbai India

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries effectively.
- Train and support team members to deliver excellent service.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering as needed.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
