Bluecat Paper is looking for empathetic and motivated Customer Service executive to help customers successfully use our Tree-Free paper and paper products. This is a great opportunity for aspiring Customer Support professionals passionate about **working for a sustainable company and interacting with global customers.**

Bluecat paper is a Tree-free paper manufacturing startup based in Bangalore - Peenya Industrial Area.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer questions and help customers make the best use of BluecatPaper products and capabilities.
- Perform customer due diligence process.
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner and offer thoughtful solutions.
- Escalate advanced technical problems or product issues to the product team and management.
- Contribute to building a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
- Contribute to the Customer Care Team process improvement and documentation.
- Implement best-in-class customer support practices with customers to provide a quality and excellent customer experience.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure shared vision, mutual respect, and an in-depth understanding of each other’s role in a project with the goal of achieving excellent business outcomes and outstanding customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 1-year of experience in customer support.
- Friendly and professional demeanour.
- Excellent English writing skills - writing samples required.
- Excellent spoken English with clear diction and experience working on a team.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for solving problems and helping customers.
**Start: Immediate**
**Location**:Bangalore - Peenya Industrial Area.
**Hours**:10 am to 7 pm Indian Standard time.
