Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for one of our esteemed clients in the banking sector. This is an inbound customer service role, providing an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to build a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Maintain customer records and interactions in the system.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines set by the organization.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education:

- Open to Graduates/Freshers.
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service can also apply.
- Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 4 and above).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge Must

Work Schedule & Shift Timings:

- 6-day working process with rotational shifts and weekly off as per process roster.
- Shift Window: 8 AM - 8 PM (9-hour rotational shift).

Salary & Benefits:
Salary Structure:

- Freshers: ₹16,500 per month
- ₹13,000 (Basic) + ₹2,000 (RB) + ₹1,500 (TA)
- ₹14,000 (Basic) + ₹2,000 (RB) + ₹1,500 (TA)
- Additional Incentives: Performance-linked incentives available.

Other Benefits:

- Salary from Day 1, including during training.
- Training & Development:

- 30 days of Classroom Training + 18 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Shuttle Services Provided:

- Pickup & drop from Sec 37 Bus Stand, Golf Course Metro, Noida City Centre, Sec 52 Noida Metro, and Sec 59 Noida Metro.
