We are hiring for (CCE) Customer Care Executive who know Meghalaya's Local (Khasi/ Garo/ Jaintia).

Location: Sector 3 Noida

Experience: 0-6 years of experience (as a Tele caller)

Language : English, Khasi, Garo, Jaintia

**Salary**: As per Industry norms

Timing: 9 AM TO 5 PM (6 Days working)

Qualification: 10+2 in any stream.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
- Answering phones and explaining the information and services offered by the company.
- Regular following up with the customer.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
