ACTIVITIES

**1**

**Inventory Replenishment at Rail fed locations**:
**Authority **:Basis the inventories and days cover at Rail fed locations; can give priority to critical location in rake loading sequence
- Day to Day monitoring and coordination for rakes execution from Vadinar as per slate.
- Coordinating with Rail fed locations on rake planning, MS and HSD wagons combination for rake basis Rolling plan, linkage, transit time and current inventory
- Coordinating with Vadinar on assigning priority /sequence of Indent execution
- Monitoring of Transit time and giving inputs in case of delays /unscheduled halts of Rake
- Ensuring replenishment and optimal Inventory levels at locations with proactive rake schedule planning
- Day to Day monitoring and coordination for rakes execution from Vadinar as per slate.
- Coordinating with Rail fed locations on rake planning, MS and HSD wagons combination for rake basis Rolling plan,linkage,transit time and current inventory
- Coordinating with Vadinar on assigning priority /sequence of Indent execution
- Coordinating with Locations for resolving any issues pertaining to Railways
- Coordinating with Railway authorities in case of unconnected/missing wagon or other related issues
- Coordinating with Railways for abnormal transit losses/ improper fittings /CTCC chart

**Coordination:
- Close Coordination with Railways for availability of Rakes and Indent execution.

**3**

**Rail Slate Meeting:
- Providing Rake requirement inputs for Railways approval for monthly Rail slate
- Presenting current rail slate materialization, past performance, Rail slate requirement and issues /concerns during monthly rail slate meeting chaired by Dir (TTPOL), Railway board.
- Seeking support /interventions on pending issues at local /division level

**4**

**Demurrages**:

- Planning rake execution as per ullage and demand to avoid any delays in unloading for want of ullage
- Close monitoring with receiving location for unloading within stipulated time to minimize demurrage implication
- Coordination with Railways for demurrage waiver request

**5**

**MIS**
- Monthly MIS on Slate materialization
- Daily Rake planning MIS

**6**

**Agreements with Railway**
- To ensure agreements with Railways are signed and compliance of all terms and conditions. Timely renewal of existing Agreements
- Adherence/compliances as per terms stipulated in the Agreement with Railways
- Timely finalization of Rake related contracts in coordination with Procurement and timely renewal/award of Contracts.
