**POSITION OV ERVIEW**:
As a Freight Forwarding Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES-**
- **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:_
- Proactively identify and target potential clients in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- **CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**:_
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- **CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS**:_
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique shipping and logistics needs.
- Offer tailored solutions and services that align with client requirements.
- **MARKET RESEARCH**:_
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- **QUOTATION AND PRICING**:_
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts.
- **DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE**:_
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for international shipments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate smooth cargo movement.

**QUALIFICATIONS-**
- Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**EMPLOYMENT TYPE-**
