To enhance our production capabilities, we are looking for a skilled **Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Operator** to join our dynamic team and contribute to the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines for PCB assembly.
- Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) to identify defects such as soldering issues, missing components, and misalignments.
- Review and analyze AOI-generated reports to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Perform manual inspections where necessary to verify results from AOI equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and troubleshoot issues.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for traceability.
- Conduct regular maintenance of AOI equipment and report any technical issues for timely resolution.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operating Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and soldering techniques.
- Ability to interpret AOI data and identify defects.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic equipment is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
