Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, including billing, invoicing, and submission.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Update GST records and prepare reports for submission to the Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Follow up on bills and payments to ensure timely completion.
- Manage vouchers, petty cash handling, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely bank payments and compliance with financial policies.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, filing, and record-keeping using MS Office and Tally.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: 1-3 years in accounting and Tally.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and computing.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
- Familiarity with GST regulations and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle bookkeeping and financial record management.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting within a company setting is compulsory.
Schedule:
- Day shift.
**Salary**: INR 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Location Requirement:
- Must be able to reliably commute to or be planning to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka 560003 before starting work.
