Job Title:Payroll Executive

Location: Chennai

**Salary**:15000 to 20000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage the organization’s payroll activities accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and other relevant details.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, payroll calculations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll regulations and company policies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulae.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent decision-making abilities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems (mention specific systems if applicable).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of [local payroll regulations, if applicable].
- Certification in payroll management or related fields is a plus.
