**EXPERIENCE**:

- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- ROLES:

- Prepare, process, and manage monthly payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Verify attendance, timesheets, and work records for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations such as EPF, ESI, gratuity, and professional tax.
- Handle statutory filings, challans, and returns within specified deadlines.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary revisions, and promotions.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll data.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, tax deductions, and payslips in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
