**Role description**:
**Trade Operations - FX/MM** **Key Responsibilities**

**Exp-2 to 4yrs**

**Location-Chennai**
- Ensure all assigned transactions and tasks are completed on time. Follow up or escalate issues when necessary.
- Organize your work effectively and know when to raise issues to senior team members.
- Help resolve any issues related to stock or cash mismatches. Escalate unresolved problems based on set rules (e.g., age, value, client importance).
- Take full responsibility for any extra tasks or projects and complete them within the agreed timeframe.
- Handle client and stakeholder questions professionally, focusing on clear and timely communication.
- Follow internal procedures carefully and report any risks or concerns honestly.
- Share and support ideas that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Work well with your team to create a positive and helpful work environment.
- Build strong working relationships with other teams, portfolio managers, dealers, and external partners to support daily operations.

- Actively involved in improving daily workflows.
- Able to plan and prioritize work effectively, even when priorities change.
- Make sound decisions in routine situations and ask for help when needed.
- Manage time efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Report any issues clearly and promptly on the same day they are identified.

**Essential Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience using the Aladdin platform.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel.

**Additional Useful Experience**
- Knowledge of derivatives and collateral management.
- Experience in trade operations across asset types such as equities, fixed income, FX, money markets, etc.
- Background in cash operations, especially payments.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards.
- Understanding of corporate actions, including mandatory/voluntary events and income processing.
- Awareness of operational risks in the transaction and asset lifecycle.
