We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our BUSINESS SEGMENT OR CORPORATE ORGANIZATION team. This role is located in Chennai, Maharashtra
- HYBRID/REMOTE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to FX transactions.
- Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
- Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements.
- Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
- Interact with clients and across business areas as required.
- Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate.
- Assist in technical testing and implementation of software/process changes as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- 3+ years of work experience in Securities Finance and Foreign Exchange preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI preferred.
