**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls efficiently and provide excellent customer service to international clients.
- Understand customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high-quality customer interaction while adhering to process guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and work on rotational shifts.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: 12th pass or equivalent.
- **Experience**: At least 8 months of proven experience in International Voice Process (Inbound Calling only).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Additional Benefits**:

**Salary**: INR 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA
