- To counsel clients about student visa process requirements of countries like Canada, UK, Australia.
- To explain about colleges and different courses.
- To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
- To deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake, assist with the execution of destination-specific activity calendars.
- The Visa and Immigration Counselor must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Assisting students from start to end of the entire admission process.
- Handle visa filing and checking the authenticity of the documents provided.
- Convert Leads To Admissions.
- To follow up the clients for enrolments.
- Follow-Up On The Leads Till Registration.
- Coordinating With The Operations Department From Time To Time For The Student's Case Proceedings.
- To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Regularly meet the assigned individual and team targets.

- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- Up-to date knowledge of any changes to legislation.

- Knowledge regarding requirements of documents, filling procedures and answering inquiries from customers and resolve issues.
- Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.

- Excellent Problem-Solving And Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Punjabi, Hindi & English as well as the local language.
- Pleasing personality.
