**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures to collect blood samples.
- Label and store blood samples accurately.
- Ensure all specimens are properly prepared for laboratory analysis.
- Maintain patient comfort and confidentiality throughout the procedure.
- Follow standard procedures for sample collection, handling, and transportation.
- Use and maintain phlebotomy equipment properly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
- Certification in Phlebotomy from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
