We are looking for a Phlebotomist to draw blood and other fluid from patients for testing. Phlebotomist job requirements: We’re looking for important phlebotomist skills such as presence of mind, people skills and attention to detail. You should have a diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) and have knowledge of puncture techniques (Or blood collection techniques). If you’re dedicated to your patients and have a firm but kind hand, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform blood collection from patients with professionalism and care.
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of samples for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols.
- Provide compassionate patient care and address any concerns or queries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of pathology and laboratory procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
