**Job Description - Phlebotomist**

**Location - Delhi, Delhi/NCR, Noida.**

**Experience
- Freshers or 1-3 years of experience in the required field.**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **venipuncture, capillary puncture, and blood draws** from patients of all age groups.
- Accurately **label, document, and process blood samples** for laboratory testing.
- Ensure **strict infection control** and biohazard waste disposal practices.
- Comfort and guide patients before, during, and after blood collection.
- Maintain and calibrate phlebotomy equipment as per standards.
- Assist in **blood donation camps, health drives, and outreach programs** when required.

**Educational Qualification**:

- **Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)**:

- **Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)**:

- **Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or GNM)**:

- **Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma)**:

- **Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma)**

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in **blood collection techniques**.
- Strong **attention to detail** and record-keeping.
- Good **patient communication and empathy**.
- Knowledge of **infection control protocols**.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare settings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
