**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Manage budgets, track spend, and adjust bids to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ads and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.
