**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer adoption.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to improve marketing efficiency and customer conversion.
- Experiment with new growth strategies, including viral marketing, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Drive content marketing initiatives to enhance engagement and thought leadership.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience working with SaaS, e-commerce, or fashion-tech brands is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
