Identify and acquire new customers for CASA (Current and Savings Accounts).
- Assist walk-in customers with account opening and related queries.
- Ensure thorough documentation for account opening as per regulatory and internal KYC norms.
- Perform customer due diligence and risk assessment in line with RBI/AML regulations.
- Regularly update and maintain KYC documents and handle periodic re-KYC as required.
- Coordinate with compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending documents.
- Generate leads for cross-selling banking products such as fixed deposits, insurance, and loans.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and maintain proper records of daily operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
