Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Produce high-quality CGI renders and animations to showcase properties in a visually stunning and immersive manner.

Utilize AI motion capturing techniques to enhance the realism and fluidity of CGI animations.

Create engaging motion graphics and video content that effectively communicates the unique selling points of our properties.

Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute video projects that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in CGI, motion graphics, and video editing techniques, and integrate them into our content creation process.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in CGI, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in AI motion capturing techniques, including both AI-driven and normal motion capturing methods.

Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or any software similar to get the job done).

Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A keen attention to detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling in the real estate space.
