2. Identifying sales opportunities during customer interactions and promoting relevant products/services.

3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

4. Managing and updating customer accounts, including processing orders and maintaining accurate records.

5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.

6. Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7. Keeping abreast of product knowledge and staying informed about updates and promotions.

*Requirements:*

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proven experience in both customer service and sales roles.

3. Ability to balance customer care responsibilities with sales targets.

4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales practices.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and sales.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
