Roles and Responsibilities
- Consistent business growth and new initiatives to drive sales objectives in Identified customer segments.
- Planning and expanding the specialized channel coverage & increasing the customer & channel acquisition.
- Competition mapping, sharing of regular market insight & regular feedback to the product team for
any competition activities.
- Monitoring sales targets for the Regional account manager.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
Negotiating contracts.
- Collecting and analyzing sales data and trends.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaising with concerned departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Staying up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggesting new ways to increase sales.
- Managing the key accounts right from shipment execution to receivables.
- Vendor development.
- Building relationships with premium airlines and Shipping lines.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
