Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with the existing clients.
- Engage prospects in conversations, understand their needs, and provide information about the product and services we offer.
- Reporting to the senior management about work updates.
- Support end customers via various communication channels including - mails, live chat, social media and on calls.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and communication details in the system used by the company.
- Ability to develop positive and collaborate relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:
Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Malayalam

Ø A Confident phone presence.

Ø Computer Skills
