We are currently seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers flexible working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with one paid leave per month. The salary ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience, and includes incentives based on sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention of customers.
- Assist customers in product selection, inquiries, and purchases both in-person and over the phone.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
