**Salary**: Up to 50 Lac per annum

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Final
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred

Location**:Mandi Gobindgarh**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Financial Strategy Development**: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

2. **Financial Planning and Analysis**: Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

3. **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and interests.

4. **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

5. **Compliance and Governance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard the company's financial integrity.

6. **Treasury Management**: Optimize the company's capital structure and manage liquidity effectively. Oversee cash flow planning and investment strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risks.

7. **Tax Planning and Strategy**: Develop tax-efficient strategies and optimize the company's tax position. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.

8. **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including investors, creditors, regulatory authorities, and external auditors. Provide transparent and accurate financial information to support communication and decision-making.

9. **Team Leadership and Development**: Provide leadership and direction to the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning. Develop and mentor finance professionals to build a high-performing team.

10. **Strategic Initiatives**: Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to drive growth and shareholder value.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a reputable organization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align financial goals with overall corporate objectives.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
